Recruiting Advisor

Job Role Summary

As the recruitment advisor you will be supporting local businesses in Budapest .You will be working in a multinational team composed of 14 people based in Budapest and Prague and you will be closely interacting with Judit, Carolina, Ester, Zita and Diogo.

Whilst this is an office based role, we are flexible and you will have an option of working from home from time to time. 

You will be closely working with the business and helping them to identify the right talent for their teams and as such you will experience everything but not routine.

Job Role Responsibilities

You will not be a superhero, though you will be

  • Providing line managers with advice and support throughout the recruitment process and share their sourcing strategy
  • Inventing ideas relating to talent attraction in the field of IT and or Tax and Accounting job families
  • Marketing vacancies to maximize direct applications, using a broad set of channels (company website, relevant Social Medias and job boards, agencies when appropriate)
  • Translating business needs into job postings
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various methods
  • Regularly stewarding relevant KPIs and identify opportunities for improving recruiting processes.
  • Maintaining a good awareness of market trends, feeding back to peers within the CoE and actively supporting recruiting initiatives and projects
  • Leading the organization and execution of recruiting events
  • Actively supporting recruiting initiatives in the team and collaborate with colleagues from across Europe and from the rest of the globe on specific initiatives and projects
You are the right candidate if
  • You are passionate about communication, social media and what digital world has to offer to us
  • ATS is not a swearing for you
  • You've heard about the fact that market is tight but you can turn it into an opportunity to advance recruitment and improve candidate experience
  • You have a min of 2 years' experience in recruiting and you've been exposed to branding to some extend
  • You like to work in an open space and you enjoy to interact with people
  • You're that kind of person who sees the glass half full


You have good command of English and are available to work fulltime anytime soon.
