HR Intern

Job Role Summary

  • Provides administrative support to BL Recruiting Coordinators, BL Campus Recruiting Teams and Ambassador Teams
  • Schedules interviews, works with universities in support of campus activities, attraction/sourcing events, etc.

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Assists all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks
  • Provides logistics support to all recruiting related events
  • Provides transition and support coverage between recruiting coordinators and recruiting consultants
  • Works with Recruiting Associates on various recruiting transactional activities (e.g., candidate reimbursements, invoice handling)

Requirements

  • College / University Students with Active Student Status or Fresh Graduate in the field of HR / Social Studies / Psychology / Economics
  • Fluency in English
  • Capability to work 40 hrs / week
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great prioritization and organizational skills 
  • Work ethics, sense of responsibility
  • Precise work with high quality orientation
