What role will you play in our team

As a key member of the Global Business Solutions organization, The Financial Close, Consolidation and External Reporting Department provides financial services for more than 200 affiliates in the EMEA region. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Record to

Report Analyst to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in financial statement reporting and analysis and familiarity with preparing accounting journals.

What you will do

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision- making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the record to report cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

About you: skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in financial statement reporting and preparing accounting journals.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • CPA or relevant certifications are a plus
