What role you will play in our team
Our IT organization is responsible for project and product delivery to our business customers or to the IT department itself. We drive and complete diverse projects related to our business applications including retail, pricing, manufacturing, e-commerce and customer experience, or technical landscapes being introduced at manufacturing sites or launching cutting edge office productivity solutions.
We have a variety of roles available from junior to experienced Project Managers in our Project and Product Delivery teams using internally developed processes as well as agile practices providing value to our business. We are looking for junior and senior candidates from 3 years of IT Project Management experience.

Az általunk vezetett és elvégzett projektmunkák igen sokszínűek, s kiterjednek a kiskereskedelmi tevékenységekre, az árképzésre, a gyártásra, az e-kereskedelmre és az ügyfélélményre, valamint a rendszerek technológai környezetére melyeket gyártási helyszíneken alkalmaznak. Projekt-támogató csapatainkban számtalan feladatkör érhető el melyek egyaránt támaszkodnak a saját magunk által kifejlesztett eljárásokra, valamint az Agile irányelvekre, melyek együttes alkalmazásával igyekszünk értéket teremteni üzleti ügyfeleink számára. Ezért kezdő és tapasztalt jelöltek jelentkezését is várjuk akik legalább 3 éves IT Projekt Management háttérrel rendelkeznek.
What you will do

• Manage overall execution of project or project-component to meet objectives
• Lead and supervise project and project team performance
• Ensure appropriate project execution framework application
• Define project key deliverables, cost and schedule
• Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and issues
• Ensures that project status is measured and accurately reported
• Key interface representing the project with management and stakeholders
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and with remote teams
• Obtain project funding approvals and coordinate funding reviews
• Ensure effective project change control
• Safeguard compliance with established standards and controls

• A projekt legfőbb képviselőjeként a vezetőség és megbízók körének tájékoztatása
• Alkalmasság változó munkakörnyezetben és távoli csapatokkal dolgozni
• Projektfinanszírozási jóváhagyások beszerzése és finanszírozási felülvizsgálatok koordinálása
• Hatékony projekt változtatás ellenőrzés biztosítása
• Eleget tenni az alkalmazott szabványoknak és ellenőrzési követelményeknek
About you: skills and qualification
• College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
• Experience with Project Management methodologies
• Ability to lead without authority and facilitate problem solving
• Experience in preparing and presenting materials to senior management
• Knowledgeable in working and delivering under tight deadlines, organized and autonomous
• Good problem solving, planning and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual team work
• Solid verbal and written communications skills in English and relevant user languages
Elvárásaink
• Főiskolai / egyetemi végzettség és/vagy műszaki diploma informatikából vagy releváns területen
• Módszertani tapasztalat projektmenedzsment terén
• Vezetői szerep gyakorlása az erre felruházó jogkör nélkül, a problémamegoldás könnyebbé tétele érdekében
• Tapasztalat prezentációk készítésében és bemutatásában a felső vezetés számára
• Teljesítőképesség szoros határidőkkel övezett munkában, szervezettség és önállóság

• Erős interperszonális készségek és hatékonyság multikulturális környezetben, valamint virtuális csapatmunka során
• Magabiztos szóbeli és írásbeli kommunikációs készség angolul és a releváns felhasználói nyelveken
