At our IT Organization we are looking for an experienced IT Financials Product Owner to maximize business value provided by the product to the customer.

The Product Owner will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create a bridge between the team and the customer extracting what is truly needed and mitigating risks that can impact delivering business value.


  • Work with customers to identify needs and problems, and determine the right deliverables
  • Create and prioritize the backlog and roadmap in accordance with business priorities, value, and cost of delay
  • Measure how the product is meeting the outcome to make necessary course corrections
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure features and stories are prioritized within the Product backlog to support project value delivery
  • Understand the feasibility of customer ideas when compared to the abilities of the team
  • Shield the team from direct work requests and ensure all work gets prioritized in the backlog
  • Provide clarity on the work (Features and User Stories), including the ‘Why’ and the ‘What,’ as well as the agreement of when work is done (Acceptance Criteria)
  • Act as the customer/business representative to the team, being available for the team to timely build clarity when needed
  • Secure customers to be available for feedback and testing of the product
  • Ensure Features and User Stories are tested and validated (meets Definition of Done)
  • Prioritize the break-ins against the current work in the backlog




  • College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
  • 3-5  years IT support experience  with SAP FI module
  • High level understanding of relevant business process and SAP configuration in Financials
  • Solid background of domain expertise of product
  • Critical thinking and negotiating skills
  • Effective collaborating skills and customer empathy
  • Conflict resolution and management and problem solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills in English




  • Understanding of the value of solution integration, estimation and timely delivery
  • Experience with Agile work management tools for planning and reporting
  • Experience with Agile at scale and common Agile frameworks of Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with requirements gathering and turning them to Features / User Stories
  • Experience with projects needs from Agile teams and how to manage it
  • Famuliarity with prioritization based on value and duration
  • Famuliarity with progressive elaboration techniques
  • Leadership at Team level
