What role you will play in our team
Our ExxonMobil Supply Chain organization connects our Business Lines to our customers, suppliers and service providers, creating value through innovation while leveraging the benefits of corporate scale. Our teams use advanced digital tools to optimize, operate and improve our supply chains. As part of a global IT Team, the Functional Designer will design solutions for problems in Kinaxis Rapid Response based on Supply Chain requirements and available data. This position works with the vendor architects and developers to ensure proper design and delivery, supports testing and roll out of the new functionalities to Supply Chain users. This position provides opportunity to grow technologically while working closely with colleagues in Supply Chain, supports knowledge expansion in their processes focusing on Supply-Demand balancing.

Az ExxonMobil Ellátási Láncának (Supply Chain) fenntartásáért felelős szervezete összeköti üzletágainkat ügyfeleinkkel, beszállítóinkkal és szolgáltatóinkkal, miközben innovációk révén értéket teremt vállalati léptékben. A globális informatikai csapat tagjaként a Funkcionális Tervező (Functional Designer) legfőbb feladata megoldások kidolgozása a Kinaxis “Rapid Response” nevű rendszerében jelentkező problémákra az ellátási lánc követelményei és a rendelkezésre álló adatok alapján. A feladatkört betöltő munkavállaló hivatott együttműködni a Kinaxis rendszerépítőivel (Architect) és fejlesztőivel (Developer) a megfelelő tervezés és kivitelezés biztosítása érdekében, továbbá támogatni az új funkciók tesztelését és bevezetését az ellátási lánc felhasználói számára.
What you will do
- Work on a Fuels Supply Chain (SC) transformation project implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Translate SC solution requirements to detailed technical specifications and data requirements
- Partner with the developers/configurators and data analyst to ensure maximum clarity on solution build and data provisioning, both data model and quality
- Create documentation of new functionalities and educate base support team
- Develop and execute E2EIntegrationTest Cases
- Contribute to cutover, support business user trainings and user adoption
- Work with a global team with team members in different time zones

- Az Üzemanyag Ellátási Lánc (Fuels Supply Chain) transzformációs projectjének támogatása, melynek célja a Kinaxis “Rapid Response” nevű alkalmazásának telepítése.
- Az Üzemanyag Ellátási Lánc (Fuels Supply Chain) projectjei megvalósításához szükséges előírások és feltételek technikai jellemzőkké, adatkövetelményekké való lefordítása, átdolgozása.
- Fejlesztőkkel, adatelemzőkkel és konfigurációkért felelős munkatársakkal való együttműködés a teljeskörű átláthatóság biztosítása érdekében a megoldás kiépítése és az adatszolgáltatás során, beleértve az adatmodelt és minőséget is.
- Dokumentációk készítése az új funkciókról és oktatás nyújtása a rendszertámogatást biztosító csapat számára.
- Teljeskörű intergrációs tesztek kidolgozása és végrehajtása.
- Hozzájárulás a technikai átállás zavartalan lebonyolításához, valamint a felhasználók képzésének támogatása a számukra biztosított tréningek által.
- Együttműködés a globális csapat tagjaival különböző időzónákban.
About you: skills and qualification
- Kinaxis Rapid Response experience – at least 2-3 years of Rapid Response Author certification is an advantage
- Supply Chain experience (operational/data/system)
- SAP knowledge-SD, SPW - understand master data structures and transactions, integration with external systems
- Understand data integration scenarios, mapping logic
- Expected to have a good understanding of legacy systems, data structures and business work processes documentation of new functionalities, contribute to training and knowledge sharing
