Job Role Summary

ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubes Customer Services (F&L CS ) department focuses on customer service management and commercial operations support with a geographical focus on Europe, Africa and Middle East. F&L CS is designed to serve all retails and wholesale, fuel & asphalt, aviation and marine customers in the zone consistent with the Corporation’s standards of offering high levels of customer service.

We are looking forward to your application with the following parameters:

  • Proficiency in English and at least in one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian ort Norwegian
  • Education level: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any subject or pending degree with only the final exam oustanding
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented personality with a strong customer-service mind-set
  • Team players with strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
