What Role Will You Play In Our Team

 

ExxonMobil Budapest Trading Enablement team is seeking new candidates to its growing dynamic and diverse organization with the aim of maximizing the value of ExxonMobil’s Global Trading portfolio. 

As Trading Invoicing & Pricing Analyst you will become a member of a team of professionals supporting our front-office trading teams across our hubs. 
The job is fast paced, the team is working internationally, and you will be working for various Trading teams (Gas and Power, Crude, Product, Feedstock). 

What You Will Do

 

  • Be part of a fast-growing ExxonMobil Global Trading Organization
  • First point of contract for invoice data discrepancy and escalation on behalf of Freight Trader 
  • Responsible to track Voyages and execute necessary changes as required in VIP
  • System Power User for VIP and Trading Solution
  • Monitor the interface between Trade Capture and Freight Contract Capture system
  • Oversee End-to-End Master Data for Freight Trading
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) focal point for Freight Trading 
  • Daily balancing of the financial Freight book 
  • Represent Freight Trading in global initiatives, ensure proper Management of Change
  • Identify operational issue patterns, analyze root causes and implement solutions

About You: Skills And Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Economics, International Business Administration or Logistics
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Fluent level of English is required 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface across functions in a geographically diverse, multi-cultural and partly virtual organization
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate data, and develop solutions
  • Collaborative team player who fosters positive relationships across functions
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace innovation and new ideas
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
  • Interest in long term career opportunities
