What role you will play in our team
Our Information Technology organization is responsible for financial system support to our business customers. Our team performs base support by responding to tickets and service requests made by users in Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions. In addition, provides services for diverse projects related to financial processes implemented in Treasury Management applications.
As a Treasury Application Analyst, your role is pivotal by contributing to our team deliverables and objectives to support complex and critical financial systems also by following Agile principles. We are looking for candidates from 3 years of IT Financial System Support Analyst experience.

Informatikai szervezetünk felelős az üzleti ügyfeleink pénzügyi rendszerének támogatásáért. Csapatunk támogatást nyújt az európai, afrikai és ázsiai-csendes-óceáni felhasználók kérelmeire válaszolva. Emellett szolgáltatásokat nyújt a Treasury Management rendszerekben megvalósított pénzügyi folyamatokhoz kapcsolódó változatos projektekhez.
Pénzügyi rendszertámogatási elemzőként az Ön szerepe kulcsfontosságú azáltal, hogy hozzájárul csapatunk céljainak teljesítéséhez, hogy támogassa az összetett és kritikus pénzügyi rendszereket, az Agilis elvek követésével. Minimum 3 év IT Pénzügyi Rendszertámogató elemzői tapasztalattal rendelkező jelentkezőket keresünk.
What you will do
- Handle issues and service requests reported by users in ExxonMobil Treasury Management systems.
- Responsible for learning and maintaining 3rd party system configuration settings.
- Provide consultation regarding the technical feasibility of proposed enhancements to designs and their impact on current processes.
- Perform initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements.
- Develop user and support documentation (e.g.: security model, support model, etc.) for enhancements made to all systems in our portfolio.
- Responsible for learning and maintaining configuration setup of new business requirements in the relevant systems.
- Perform Knowledge Transfer to technical team members or business end-users.
- Participate in or coordinate extra-curricular activities with the objective of improving or creating processes, productivity, security, safety, or other areas.
- Provide rotational on-call to our global customers during working days.

- Az ExxonMobil Treasury Management rendszereinek felhasználói által jelentett problémák és kérések kezelése.
- A Treasury Management rendszer konfigurációs beállításainak megismerése és karbantartása.
- Konzultáció biztosítása a tervek javasolt fejlesztéseinek megvalósíthatóságával és azok jelenlegi folyamatokra gyakorolt hatásával kapcsolatban.
- Hibajavítások és -fejlesztések tesztelésének elvégzése.
- Felhasználói és támogatási dokumentáció (pl. biztonsági modell, támogatási modell stb.) kidolgozása a portfóliónk összes rendszerén végzett fejlesztésekhez.
- Az új üzleti követelmények konfigurációs beállításainak megismerése és karbantartása a megfelelő rendszerekben.
- Tudásátadás végrehajtása a technikai csapat tagjainak vagy az üzleti végfelhasználóknak.
- Koordinálás vagy részvétel olyan extra tevékenységekben, amelyek célja a folyamatok, a termelékenység, a biztonság vagy egyéb területek javítása vagy létrehozása.
- Munkanapokon a munkaidő utáni készenléti ügyeletben való részvétel.
About you: skills and qualification
- College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
- Preferably 1-3 years of work experience in financial system support
- Good problem solving, planning and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual team work
- Solid verbal and written communications skills in English
- Desire to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving agile environment
- Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Adaptable/flexible to challenging situations and decisions
Desired Technical Skills
- Understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Knowledge of Treasury Management methodologies and best practices
- General MS Windows OS Overview knowledge
- General MS Office Tools knowledge
Elvárásaink
- Főiskolai / egyetemi végzettség és/vagy műszaki diploma informatikából vagy releváns területen
- 1-3 év munkatapasztalat pénzügyi rendszer támogatása terén
- Jó problémamegoldó, tervező és elemző készség
- Erős interperszonális készségek és hatékonyság multikulturális környezetben, valamint virtuális csapatmunka során
- Magabiztos szóbeli és írásbeli kommunikációs készség angolul
