  • Responsible for monitoring investment compliance activities within Europe, Middle East and Africa Treasury Center (ETC)
  • Monitor external regulations and internal guidelines
  • Research market developments, identify and coordinate set up and onboarding of new investment instruments and counterparties
  • Develop and coordinate review of investment stewardship packages
  • Ensure that ETC complies with existing and new regulations Set up and administration of co-loans to ExxonMobil EMEA Joint Ventures



  • Research relevant financial markets, identify potential new investment instruments and counterparties consistent with Corporation investment principles and guidelines
  • Execute activities required to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor regulations applicable to ETC operations and develop recommendations for adherence
  • Monitor performance / compliance of investment counterparties
  • Develop investment and credit/risk stewardship packages
  • Contribute to and/or manage projects



  • Degree (Master’s or Bachelor) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting
  • Degrees in Engineering, Systems with work experience with Treasury / Finance acceptable
  • Experience working with finance and/or banking desired, particularly in Treasury groups in affiliates of multinational corporations or large corporations in roles
  • Analytical skills and data analytics 
  • Knowledge of financial markets and corporate finance
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cash investment activity
  • Knowledge of systems, including reporting and data analysis
  • Effective Communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Collaboration and coordination skills
  • Commercial relationship management
  • Understanding and experience with contract or agreements underlying Trading and Cash Investment activities
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (2 month)
