What Role Will You Play In Our Team
In the commercial career field we deploy commercial opportunities, build key relationships and shape our business strategies through insights & analysis. In Budapest, the commercial career field is represented by Supply Chain, Global Trading, Product Solutions and Environmental & Property Solutions.
In our Budapest office, you will become the responsible for providing commercial support covering end-to-end processing, issue resolution and process improvements for trades negotiated by traders and negotiators located in different parts of the world. Individuals may be responsible for the activities of specific countries and hence knowledge of a second European language can be beneficial, but not mandatory. Demonstrated performance will lead to opportunities for increasing responsibilities and more job complexities across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate contract planning activities, including portfolio management and senior management reviews.
- Coordinate and record functional reviews and endorsements of contracts across organizations and regions.
- Distribute contracts to relevant stakeholders, including external partners and regulatory representatives.
- Ensure accurate master data entry and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain a repository of contracts, amendments, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Monitor contract execution, including data collection, price reviews
- Track contractual notices, ensuring timely review and compliance with deadlines.
- Calculate and verify contract prices, tariffs, and adjustments in relevant systems.
- Prepare and monitor internal and external reports related to contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Support contract owners in resolving operational, commercial, or contractual issues.
- Support periodic audit reviews and respond to their inquiries.
About You: Skills And Qualifications
- Ongoing or completed Bachelor/Master degree in Business Economics//International Business Administration, Law or equivalent
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Fluent level of English is required while a second European language is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface across functions in a geographically diverse, multi-cultural and partly virtual organization
- Proficiency in systems and tools management for contract and data administration (Allegro, OpenText, DocuSign, SAP etc.) is advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate data, and develop solutions
- Collaborative team player who fosters positive relationships across functions
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace innovation and new ideas
- Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
