Job Role Summary
The Major Capital Project team of the Upstream Commercial department is seeking new candidates to its growing dynamic and diverse organization. 
The team supports the Global Projects organization that delivers projects from opportunity identification to start-up, provides portfolio advisements and integrated development for all ExxonMobil business lines (Upstream, Fuels & Lubes, Chemicals and Low Carbon Solutions). The team supports Global Projects organization with contracting and market intelligence activities, working in a global environment with senior Project Management Professions supporting the execution of major capital projects with various activities.

As a Contract Engineering Analyst

What will your role be in the team
•    Working with Project Teams and other ExxonMobil departments (Tax, Audit, Controllers, etc.) to ensure timely completion contracting activities for major projects, ranging from contracting strategy development, bidder identification and qualification, development of proposal packages (including contract terms and conditions), management of bidding and evaluation processes, leading negotiations with potential contractors through award, as well as administration of contract changes, amendments thru-out a project life
•    Develop and maintain standard templates for Front End Engineering and Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, etc. types of contracts
•    Assist with administration and maintenance of digital contracting environment
•    Perform integrity reviews of contract documents developed for Projects prior to tendering and contract award stage
•    Administer Contract routing tasks for Projects (SAP requisitioning)

•    Excellent English skills

•    Quickly applies learning, strong ownership and collaboration skills
•    Attention to accuracy and details, and ability to meet priorities and deadlines
•    Legal or project management background with contract development competencies
•    Flexibility for travel and / or work abroad for longer period of time (~12-36 months)
•    5 years relevant work experience
•    Willingness to take self-initiative and seek challenges, proactive mindset
•    Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
