WHAT ROLE YOU WILL PLAY IN OUR TEAM

 

We are looking for an experienced Business HR Advisor to drive and lead talent strategies incorporating all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support our workforce in the Budapest Global Business Center. As part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to support and partner with local, regional and global leaders.

 

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Work in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems, root causes and drive appropriate solutions
  • Lead talent strategies based on data insights to improve business performance in partnership with other business leaders
  • Deliver change management plans, communications and enabling processes that facilitate talent strategies
  • Interface across at all levels of the organization
  • Operate with autonomy and discretion; experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

About You: Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of work experience, including proven working experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational astuteness with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work across different cultures and geographies
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Hands on negotiation / labor relations experience is an added advantage
