We are currently recruiting a junior HR advisor to join our HR team in Belgium which supports the manufacturing plants in the Antwerp area and the regional Europe, Africa and Middle East office in Machelen.

Job Role Responsibilities

Our HR team plays a crucial role in the development of strategies and people related initiatives across our employee development system, including  policy development and interpretation, compensation, employee and labor relations, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, staffing and development,  performance assessment and more.
You will be part of a team of HR Advisors, where you will be the primary contact for a number of business and service line clients.  This will equip you with the business knowledge and professional HR skills required to enable you to take on new roles in the future with increased responsibility.    Moreover, you will be involved in Labor Relations and HR project related work.


Expected Level of Proficiency

  • Education: University graduate in  (commercial) engineering , business administration / economics / law or similar.  Specific HR background / knowledge is beneficial. 
  • Recent university graduate (0 - 3 years of work experience)
  • Language requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English; command of French beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people from various backgrounds
  • Customer focus, ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
  • Affinity for analysis with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ability to influence others without formal authority.
  • Broad career interests and international mindset.

   3. 1st round interview
   4. 2nd round interview
