Job Role Responsibilities


  • Technical Support for VDI (VMWARE Horizon) service to Operate, support and troubleshooting escalated issues by users, VDI Operations and Service Desk.
  • Work on daily basis for ITSM tickets (IT Service Management tickets), escalation point during outages and major issues.
  • Capacity management, deployments, updates and security patching,  and provide technical guidance/implementations to projects.
  • Troubleshooting and Incident Management capabilities (analyzing virtual machines, operating systems, Horizon and VMWARE logs)
  • On call support

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.0 and above
  • 6 - 10 years of relevant experience 
  • A highly motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes in priorities
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • The role requires the following core skills (primary skill set):
    • VMWare ESXI
    • Horizon
    • AppVolumes 
  • Good to Have skill sets: 
    • VMWare Composer
    • vCenter
    • WOrkspace One
    • Windows 10 troubleshooting (SCCM, Profiles)
    • vSan datastore
    • Active Directory
    • SQL
    • Scripting
    • Fault Tolerance
