ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

 

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

 

TPA will be supporting India B2B business with following key activities:

 

  • Summary of consolidated market insights for Pricing Advisors
  • Updated pricing tool tables and forms
  • Mass Price Changes, Price Lists and Amended Price Lists
  • Commentary on alignment on pricing proposals with strategy

 

Location is Bangalore

What you will do

 

  • Revenue Management: tactical work investment and other tactical pricing analysts
  • Provide commentary on alignment of pricing proposals with pricing strategy
  • Retro-active pricing DOAG - Endorsement review and tool maintenance for non-CRM requests
  • Manage the Price request template (PRT) or other forms to evaluate deals for non-CRM countries/BCP
  • Update pricing support tool data tables (Capital Evaluation Tool, PRT, MAT)
  • Provide feedback and insights to Brand or Revenue Managers regarding effectiveness of Pricing Architecture
  • Gather and consolidate market insights from reporting tools to aid BRMs/ROS
  • Provide guidance to business on use of pricing systems and tools - Capital Evaluation Tool, PRT, MAT
  • Ownership of CRM related activities, such as data maintenance and administration, as defined in CRM processes
  • Implementation of CRM specific functionalities or processes, such as Mass Price Change, Price Lists, Amend Price Lists.
  • Network with Tactical Pricing Analysts within MBU to identify or implement best practices
  • Enable EM to capture and grow value by sharing insights with business leadership to facilitate decisions

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering from a recognized university (with CGPA 7.0 and above)
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, data handling, business activities.
•    Willing to work in shifts (9.00 AM – 6.00 PM IST)
                                 
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience 

 

•    Identifies market opportunities and develop data to insights that enable EM to capture and grow value 
•    Interface effectively with other EM functions in a multi-cultural, diverse work environment  
•    Analytical and Financial skills 
•    Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SAP, RM tools and presentation applications 
•    Learning and Innovation skills to enhance programs, processes and tools 
•    Interpersonal skills
•    Proficiency in English language
