Job Role Responsibilities


•    Support Purchase-to-Pay systems including system upgrades, enhancements and maintenance
•    Support activities including participation in system upgrades, enhancements, testing and maintenance, e.g., issue escalation and resolution
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement in the areas with periodic processes or system errors and propose solutions
•    Design and align communication processes, training material and websites
•    Lead system enhancements for Purchase-to-Pay area. Coordinate, design, test and manage  change for SWIs (small systems initiatives or improvements)

Job Role Requirements


•    A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT from a recognized university, with a score of GPA 6 and above
•    Minimum three years of relevant work experience or knowledge on Payables, Material Management, Warehousing and/ Finance and Controlling, SaaS Systems like Ariba supplier network, Sourcing, Buying, Catalogues, Travel & Expense, Requisitioning 
•    Good communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to influence without authority
•    Strong customer service orientation
•    Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint - intermediate level) and Outlook
