ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

 

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

 

Leader of an Audit work group responsible for conducting audits to independently evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal controls in place for respective business units.  This includes supervising the complete audit process to ensure effective coverage of the highest risk areas.  Additional responsibilities include ad hoc management requests, and/or leading or participating in Audit Network/Team and investigations.

  • Internal Auditing - Planning and conducting Internal audits including information technology and operational technology systems, to ensure lines of defense are operating effectively with appropriate and adequate risk identification and mitigation practices in place.
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Design & Auditing - Planning and conducting SOX audits to drive internal management assurance that financial statements are free of material-error, contributing to SEC regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management - Participating in Risk management activities including the process of identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats to an organization’s assets and earnings.
  • External Influencing - Planning and conducting audits of third-party vendors and partners to equip ExxonMobil Management representatives with information needed to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.  Includes influence of key JV partners.

About You

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized university scoring CGPA 6.0 and above
  • At least 7 years of experience in responsible roles in Quality Management and coordination of quality surveillance / inspection activities for projects in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Internal Auditing - Planning and conducting Internal audits including information technology and operational technology systems, to ensure lines of defense are operating effectively with appropriate and adequate risk identification and mitigation practices in place.
    • Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Design & Auditing - Planning and conducting SOX audits to drive internal management assurance that financial statements are free of material-error, contributing to SEC regulatory requirements.
    • Risk Management - Participating in Risk management activities including the process of identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats to an organization’s assets and earnings.
