Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Highly talented and  dedicated resource to manage all the sales and supply chain operations for onshore sales.
  • Fully accountable & responsible for activities related to inventory, customers, processes, documentation, deliveries etc. 
  • Manage sales volume versus inventory across warehouses in India, collaborate with sales, regional sales planner, supply demand planner, customer service team and the distributor to ensure forecast submission on time and avoid over selling.
  • Work closely with customers, distributors, external stakeholders and internal stakeholders like tax, logistics, controllers , law, IAC(India analysis center – ExxonMobil planning team based in Bengaluru), customer services team, PMI(Product movement & Inventory) team and sales to resolve day to day supply chain challenges 
  • Actively engage with customers, distributors and other external and internal stakeholders to manage daily deliveries and documentation.
  • Keep close track of the market movements and manage all sales activities as back up of sales representative and sales manager
  • Keep a track of internal SAP issues and coordinate with payables, tax and law on resolving issues.
  • Ensure good networking with sales assistant, sales planner, sales manager and other stakeholders in the team.
  • Lead meetings with distributors to manage the buyback model and resolve issues.
  • Manage pricing process and exception status per each order and update purchase order pricing in the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with sales for pricing exception approval  and seek Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Supervisor  endorsement
  • Get all the customer master information from the customer and coordinate updating with customer service team (CAS) team
  • Support the developing of annual sales plan.
  • Coordinate the weekly meeting, monthly meeting and develop meeting agenda/meeting minutes 
  • Keep track of margins and prepare stewardship reports

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Graduate with CGPA 6 and above, specialization in logistics / supply chain would be preferred but not mandatory 
  • Minimum  2 years of relevant work experience 
  • Should be highly energetic and should proactively engage with external stakeholders 
  • Should possess good collaboration skills 
  • Should be able to find solutions to daily work related challenges 
  • Should possess strong analytical skills
  • Should possess good negotiation skills
  • Should have excellent communication and networking skills
