What role you will play in our team
- Responsible for the planning of production plan to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliale production aligned with business objectives and capabilities.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining production master plan for medium-long term to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency for lubricant and grease products
- Proactively drive close coordination with production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery, efficient resource use, and inventory control.
Job Role Responsibilities

- Collaborate with operations, component planners, and logistics to maintain service level goals and meet customer requirements.
- Track production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate any changes to stakeholders
- Participate in daily/weekly planning meetings and provide analytical data to support decision-making
- Execute production planning process
- Develop and adjust production schedules for lubricant and grease products based on customer orders, production capacity, and inventory levels
- Monitor manufacturing schedules and proactively address issues such as equipment or material shortages to avoid delays
- Analyze demand forecasts, set safety stock levels, and recommend inventory strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Use ERP/MRP and planning systems to manage raw material requirements, verify lead times, and ensure material availability
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of the production process and ensure planning system parameters are maintained
- Ensure Production plans meet relevant customer and inventory needs through daily monitoring of service levels, and take action to work allocation and expediting plans as necessary in collaboration with key contacts.
- Maintain regular contact with Plant Operations (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Maintenance, Logistics, Laboratory and Finite Scheduler) to identify issues and resolve any demand/capacity conflicts
- Participate in plant stewardship meeting for product quality and blend performance assessments to drive Supply reliability
- Develop, maintain and modify the planning system's master production plan as necessary in reaction to plant and component changes and demand reprioritization.
- Capacity management, both short term and longer term and involvement with relevant Plant teams to ensure operational capacity meet demand.
- Maintaining capacities in planning system to ensure feasible production plans
- Single-point-of-contact for product related projects and initiatives at plant (COGS initiatives, reformulations, introductions, tenders etc) and perform necessary feasibility studies to provide detailed input to relevant project teams.
- Provide required support for managing these changes effectively, eg. additive/label depletions. Act as Supply representative and stakeholder in any plant projects with potential to impact capacity or customer service levels

- Act as plant single-point-of-contact during any Supply disruptions/Customer care processes, ensuring production according to allocation plans
- Where assigned, act as regional single-point-of-contact to selected supply disruption exception management situations (Customer Care process).
- Support and lead plan for inventory builds associated with promotions, plant engineering projects, or system upgrades
- Proactively maintain and communicate backorder information
- Maintain MRP, planning system(s) and other relevant system parameters to reflect any changes to plant facilities, formulations and supply chain changes
- Accountable for the plant-related use of processes, systems and tools as developed for Production Planning and with the required frequency, e.g. overall planning system(s) and additional Tableau reports and visualizations as defined.
- Plant single-point-of-contact for systems issues, maintaining strong connection to relevant Global/regional advisors and teams for troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Optimize tank utilization and coordination of tank switches
- Development of plant KPI for Supply, representative of Supply in relevant Plant stewardship
- Ensure all activities meet the expectations of Branding management system framework and adhere to relevant Controls and SSHE requirements.
