Job Role Summary

Responsible for serving as the subject matter expert or business process custodian across modes of transport/storage; provides holistic understanding and assessing feasibility of process change implications across mode of transport, platforms and region constraints. Maintain and enhance effectiveness of supply chain processes and tools, provide expert leadership and mentorship in their area of expertise

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and sustain end-to-end logistics processes; build and maintain cross-functional knowledge of interfaces between different platforms and tools, ensuring seamless integration. 
  • Serve as primary business process contact for global project, cross modal process/system changes, ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Define, map, and drive business processes to achieve desired business outcomes, define business requirement/ benefits, participate/coordinate UAT’s, training  and rollout plan, where applicable.
  • Use Business Process Management (BPM) tools and advanced data analytics to monitor business Process Health and KPIs; drive continuous process improvement, best practice implementation and sustainment.
  • Stay current on industry practices within the function and identifying improvement opportunities, new technologies/solutions, drive innovation.
  • Develop and sustain Logistics Process Training Framework; own and shape content and curriculum to drive organizational competency in key skills, build competency during initial process and tools adoption by training  Power Users and End Users.
  • Facilitate Communities of Practice (CoPs), organize logistics process/operational network meetings to upskill workforce/drive value.
  • Partner DNA to sustain integrated applications (SAP and non-SAP third party applications); deploy Advanced Planning Systems and analytics improvements to enable execution of best practice processes.

Experience:

  • Experience and  knowledge of multi-modal logistics transportation 
  • Proficiency in Digital, advance analytics and BPM tools (e.g., Celonis, CPM, Signavio) Application of Internal and industry supply chain processes and best practices Practitioners of Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
