ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

 

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

 

Candidate will be Investment support analyst supporting SAP markets for below activities:

 

  • MFAP (Marketing Financial Assistance Program), COOP, Rebate, MAP administration
  • Establishment of new MFAP agreements in tracking database and settlement documents in ERP
  • Secondary custodian role in Balance Sheet Account Management as designated
  • Coding instructions to Customer Support to disburse funds or credits
  • Support annual investment reappraisal process

What you will do


•    Tactical support for Marketing Assistance programs (supporting investment teams)
•    MFAP(Marketing Financial Assistance Program), COOP, BDF(Business Development Fund), Rebate, MAP administration
•    Assess or measure deployment effectiveness: Campaign performance or data 
•    Establish new MFAP agreements in performance tracking database or excel-based tools and settlement documents or templates in ERP 
•    Perform analysis and provide support for capital & capital related proposal processing (until CET(Capital Evaluation Tool) migration or RevUp)
•    Perform analysis and provide support of non-capital proposal processing (until evaluation moves to CRM pocket price functionality or RevUp)
•    Update existing MFAP agreements as required
•    Fulfill the Secondary Custodian role in balance sheet account management for designated MFAP balance sheet accounts and ensure timely settlements and accruals
•    Periodically monitor performance (including annual contract compliance reviews) of Capital and Related Marketing Financial Assistance Programs versus agreement and provide performance reports to sales
•    Process coding instructions to customer service to disburse funds or credit customers as appropriate
•    Develop and maintain local MFAP work instructions and training materials as appropriate
•    Annually reconcile MFAP database with the sales contracting database – Capital or related and Non-Capital
•    Identify customers and contracts requiring specific remedial action and invoice or ensure invoicing to customer happens.
•    Prepare MFAP settlement documents or templates and shortfalls
•    Support the Annual Investment Reappraisal process by performing financial reappraisal analysis on designated contracts
 

About You

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering from a recognized university (with CGPA 7.0 and above)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, data handling, business activities.
  • Willing to work in shifts (9.00 AM – 6.00 PM IST)

  • Effective use of spreadsheets and business systems

  • Proficiency with systems: SAP, tableau and other RM tools    
  • Support TBD systems.
  • Proficiency in English language
