ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India
ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.
The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team
- Establish and manage Product Management(PM) project timelines and expectations; optimize sourcing for new and existing products, packages and customers.

About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed University with CGPA 7 or above.
- MBA in Supply Chain management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Ensure “Nobody Gets Hurt" through prioritization of safety & mitigation of safety risks
- Ensure compliance to controls, product integrity & trade regulation requirements
- Analyze network data to optimize sourcing by minimizing cost and satisfying customer demand.
- Review network sourcing and distribution on an on-going basis to maintain optimal operating conditions
- Manage and lead the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
- Primary Operations representative at Product Management meetings
- Provide scoping and analytical support for Supply related activities on a given project.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Communicate status and updates in a timely fashion. Keep project team well informed of changes within the project.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Coordinate inventory rundown, component rundown, movement of obsolete inventories and introduction of new products. Serve as communication contact between ExxonMobil supply planning & sales groups.
- Coordinate and support Article Management eliminations as identified by Marketing
- Lead SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) management efforts, including analysis, SKU elimination recommendations, and implementation
- Participate in MBU(Management Business Unit) Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews
- Participate in project reappraisal process as Supply representative
- Provide direction for accurate system setups which include SAP, EMAPSS, and CRM
- Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS(Brand Product Integrity Management System) Framework
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Understanding of Lubes business and overall network strategy, supply/demand balance and plant operating constraints
- Familiarity with SAP. Ability to build and execute simple queries, databases and spreadsheets.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve conflicting priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to drive functional excellence through a willingness to aggressively pursue new and creative approaches to resolve problems
- Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills and customer focus
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
