Job Role Responsibilities


  • Leads team to develop and create knowledge from data and information, identify actionable insights, capture value, and support data and system integrity
  • Oversees data management and data integrity that is consistent with business strategies. Drives innovation to implement leading edge data management and data quality processes. Harmonizes data in support to analytics systems across the organization.
  • Emphasize an elevated commitment to the strategic direction of our eMERGE platform, ensuring the business has the support it needs, and embedding strategic resources at the site to manage data quality
  • Manage IWMS (Integrated work order Management Systems), eMerge & associated digital systems roadmap 
  • Work closely with team to support E&PS (Environmental & Property Solutions) sites and some non - E&PS  (Environmental & Property Solutions) site globally to take ownership of facilities management, space management and assets management 
  • Lead the roll out of additional products tied to the E&PS (Environmental & Property Solutions) digital portfolio in IWMS (Integrated Workspace Management Systems) area such as FindMe, e2GO, Technician workbench, Analytics Dashboards and more
  • Work closely with team to provide support to the E&PS (Environmental & Property Solutions) Facilities teams in operation usage of applicable digital tool
  • Support eMERGE power user network and change review advisory committee meetings
  • Provide training and consultancy on eMERGE functionalities
  • Steward the progress of requests and prioritize workload within the team
  • Articulate and socialize clear business case for analytics practice across businesses served
  • Prioritize new analytics initiatives in accordance to digital vision
  • Align team with digital vision to harmonize data across the organization
  • Identify work process improvements, promote and steward data sustainment standards on improvement initiatives, projects and after projects are implemented.
  • Grow technical depth of group members and mentor technical anchors/subject matter experts
  • Lead efforts to maintain documentation of processes, strategies, technologies and application roadmaps  
  • Drive service excellence, continuously look for process improvement opportunity to increase productivity 
  • Provide supervision to group and projects in end-to-end change management process and tools 
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding and ongoing engagement of members across E&PS (Environmental & Property Solutions)  Data & analytics team
  • Understand People Development process / requirements for job fit
  • Create excitement and shape demand in the user community for the analytics practice

Job Rrequirements


  • Understanding of business processes related to facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Understanding of IWMS (Integrated Workspace Management Systems) tools and platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum 6 CGPA.  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IWMS (Integrated Workspace Management Systems)  or Data Analytics domain, 3+ years leading/managing a technical team.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisor or team lead experience.
  • Be able to identify the best solutions to use for various business requests and understand the implications of business requests on other users
  • Ability to lead and work across teams with a wide variety of technical skills, including business strategist, facility managers, property managers, contractors, data analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to influence and persuade business adoption of new technologies and practices 
  • Demonstrate critical  thinking, analytical skills, and employ judgment to offer thoughtful, concise input toward resolutions of business client problems 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with mentoring, providing feedback & career planning for employees 
  • Showing initiatives, promote ideas, coordinate work activities, and plan deliverables 
  • Effective at collaboration across different stakeholders
