ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India
ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.
The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

Job will be based at Bangalore, Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.
What role you will play in team
In this role, you will support the global GBS organization by designing, implementing, and/or sustaining standardized, efficient business processes and digital solutions that drive process excellence, enhance service delivery, and improve user experience across business functions. Your work will uncover inefficiencies, enhance productivity, drive automation, and promote platform adoption across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify value opportunities, translate business needs into actionable insights, and implement digital workflow automation solutions. Through impactful communication and stakeholder engagement, you’ll help drive continuous improvement and value capture.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Value Opportunities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and ideate value opportunities within various operational units.
- Translate Business Demands: Convert business requirements into actionable IT / digital deliverables and deliver workflow and automation solutions.
- Work Prioritization: Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate effort, assess dependencies, and prioritize backlog items in alignment with agreed roadmaps and sprint plans.
- Solution Implementation: Deliver and implement solutions in and around Enterprise Service Management according to agreed roadmaps and sprint plans, ensuring accurate testing and validation before release.
- Process Improvement: Provide actionable insights into business processes, focusing on improvement impact and value generation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to develop solutions that lead to productivity gains and improved user experience.
- Platform Adoption: Assist with defining product roadmap and drive the adoption of digital workflow automation platform within the organization.
- Communication: Create and share customer success stories and produce internal communication materials.
- Identify Value Opportunities – Core to the role; discovering where Enterprise Service Management can drive measurable business impact.
- Translate Business Demands – Essential for bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Work Prioritization – Provides clarity for delivery teams to maximize value delivery and support timely execution.
- Process Improvement – Delivers the insights that justify and guide transformation efforts.
- Solution Implementation – Ensures the delivery of working, validated solutions that realize identified value.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Critical for alignment, buy-in, and successful adoption of solutions.
- Platform Adoption – Supports long-term success by embedding ServiceNow into business operations.
- Communication – Important for sharing wins and driving awareness, though more supportive in nature.
About you
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following fields: 1. Information Technology or Systems, 2. Computer Science or Software Engineering, 3. Business Administration or Management, 4. Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)
- Minimum 3 yrs in delivering solutions with ServiceNow
- Technology certifications (or equivalent): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., Human Resources, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management)
- Agile certifications (or equivalent): SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Product Owner
- Led business and digital transformation projects with strong project/change management skills
- Proficient in service workflow design and automation using ServiceNow or similar ESM platforms
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ESM)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; KPI development and performance analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; advanced facilitation and active listening.
- Professional English proficiency—written and spoken, for technical-business communication
- Effective across organizational levels; collaborative team player
- Experience in multicultural/international environments
- Tableau or Power BI certifications (optional but beneficial)
- Experience in Global Business Solutions (GBS): HR, S2P, OTC; Supply Chain, Trading; Business Domain knowledge welcome
- Experience of delivering solutions as a product owner.
