ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region. 

 

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

 

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.


The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team

Customer Solutions provides the best in class customer service and IT solutions which enable our business customers to win in the markets they compete. This includes interfacing with local and global IT service partners and CX regional teams (SA, NA, EAME, AP) to support the effective delivery of technical solutions, process improvements and seamless support required to power our businesses. Experiencing a breadth of opportunities and skills (infrastructure, applications, business analysis and process engineering), working closely with business customers (Upstream, Product Solutions, Low Carbon Solutions, EMTEC, Global Projects and Global Operations& Sustainability) to understand their needs and aimed at delivering increased business value through innovation and advanced technology while sustaining reliability, security and controls, and cost effectiveness.

What you will do

  • Building close relationships with local business to develop a deep understanding of processes and understand digitization opportunities
  • Use consulting skills to apply existing EMIT technologies/services and act as “shop-front” for Productivity Solutions service& capability teams
  • Leverages relationships across EMIT and integrates services at the point of delivery to the customer.  Voices local customer needs to global teams
  • Break-fix and service request support, answer ‘how-to’ type questions on enterprise productivity tools & solutions
  • Coordinate with capability teams for end-to-end request resolution and escalation
  • Identify, update and deliver site based training to support local technology adoption requirements

 

About You

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Bachelors in computer application or equivalent degree from recognized university with minimum GPA 6.0 and above
  • Knowledge of information technology
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in relationship management (internal EMIT/business)
  • Good understanding of the business process
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn (new IT technology/solutions)

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Sharepoint, Nintex, Tableau, Powerbi, Macros , moderate excel features, stakeholder management
