Job Descriptions:


  • Technical Support Analyst provides technical support/break fix to Operations on desktop related problems
  • The highest escalation level for client supported technologies
  • Primarily on Operation of Global Managed Environment (GME) Desktops and Laptops related computing services 
  • Identify and Resolve Desktop Application Issues for Core 1 (e.g. MS Office Suite, Acrobat Reader), and Core 2 (e.g. Visio, Acrobat Suite)
  • Identify the Cause of and Resolve Windows Security Issues (e.g. SEP, Bitlocker)
  • Use Computing Lab for practice, observation and/or testing of computing technologies
  • Collaborate with others IT teams (e.g. CX, Branch, Email, Applications)
  • Escalate work to Device Solutions Engineering team
  • Vendor liaison for problem escalation (e.g. DELL, Microsoft, Xerox)
  • Incident management for escalated High Business Impact incidents
  • Consultation on Best Practices and common resolution
  • Monitor and close IT Service Management (ITSM ) tickets
  • Join in remediation activities as needed (SCCM, SEP. HPA, etc.)

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management or equivalent degree/work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Computing related experience. Preferably with experience in Problem Resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a global team
  • Knowledge of the followings are required
    • Client Operating System concepts for maintaining/using computer systems
    • MS Office Suite
    • Understanding of Browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer/Chrome) and how to troubleshoot issues
    • Dell Desktop Hardware 
    • Windows Active directory desired
    • PKI
    • Windows 7/Windows 8.1/Windows 10 Enterprise Desktop Administration
