• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science background with minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Good Knowledge of Active Directory (include creating and managing domains, preparing disaster recovery strategies, offering technical support to users, upgrading software, and handling user accounts) and New Technology File System (NTFS)
• Ability to understand data and leverage analytical tools to identify opportunities and solve business problems
• Critical thinker – understand business processes and develop/enhance existing processes
• Communication and customer engagement skills – ability to translate business needs into technical perspective
• Agile Experience: Understanding of Agile framework, such as scrum and Kanban, as well as use of management tools, such as TFS (Team Foundation Server), for planning and reporting
• Communication: Heavy interaction with business partners; helping translate between technical requirements and business needs
• Process Orientation: Ability to follow requirements – both from a technical and business perspective - to ensure that task is being completed as designed
• Customer Empathy
• Ability to facilitate problem-solving in a group setting with effective collaboration
• Ability to negotiate priorities and deliver results in a timely manner



Job Role Responsibilities


• Streamline the request, approval, and provisioning of access for Active Directory users according to a role-based access model.
• High engagement with business and application groups to design access models, implement roles, and steward the certification process (access reviews).
• Analyze data to identify existing opportunities and work with projects that are deploying new applications to leverage existing business roles to reduce the number of access requests while granting access to data more easily with less complexity. 
• Look for opportunities to reduce token bloat by re-using Active Directory groups when possible.
• Ability to act as business focal point for the Access Manager application and the certification process
       o Triage user questions
       o Aid business groups with end-user training in Access Manager
       o Troubleshoot Access Manager-related incidents raised by the business, escalating as necessary
• Business Role Maintenance
       o Consult on business role design
       o Validate and Quality Assurance (QA) change requests
       o Obtain endorsements
       o Provide specifications to support team when enhancements are required
       o During project implementations, act as focal point for business role design and implementation, as well as troubleshooting access issues
       o Respond to requests and/or questions from end users
       o Design and create new business roles when appropriate
       o Recommend re-use of existing business roles when appropriate
       o Modify existing business roles as necessary/requested
• Certification
       o Configure campaigns for the Active Directory environment
       o Assist with in-progress campaigns
       o Provide reports as requested
