ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region. 


ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.


ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

  • Report to Agreement Support Manager/Supervisor in region
  • Provide SAP support to Procurement Professionals in/out of the region according to eligibility of the requestor

  • Key point of contact for all operational-related R2P

  • P2P troubleshooting

  • Drive agreement/PO/invoice recycle transactional effectiveness and efficiency (optimal agreement setup and channel selection)

  • Offer category specific support for all operational-related R2P/P2P

What you will do

  • Create new agreements in SAP in an efficient and effective manner that will allow the automatic issuance of purchase orders, materials and services receipts, and payments.

  • Responsible for agreement maintenance in SAP that includes revising prices, making additions or deletions, or updating client or supplier information, etc.

  • Provide all SAP consultation and support to Procurement Professionals and Business Clients upon request of Procurement Professionals

  • Contact suppliers to facilitate data entry and ongoing agreement maintenance as needed

  • Workflow resolutions for P2P related issues

  • Drive agreement/PO/invoice recycle transactional effectiveness and efficiency

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Agreement.

  • Bachelor's or Masters (Engineering preferred but not must for strong resource), who are very strong in SAP agreement set up & analytics with minimum 6.5 CGPA

  • Knowledge of Requisition to Pay process

  • Knowledge on SAP (MM module) is desirable

  • Analytical skills, Problem Solving

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Ethics & Controls

  • Customer orientation

  • Coordination skill

Preferred Qualifications/Experience: 

  • Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
