ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region. 

 

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

 

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.


The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role you will play in our team

 

Participates in region B&S (Base stock & Specialities) pricing management activities including strategy and tactic reviews. Recommends pricing tactics -- updates in response to customer and market back insights 

What you will do

 

  • Ensures legal and controls compliance, flawless execution 
  • Leverages TDT (Tableau dashboard) and other performance monitoring tools to deeply understand pricing performance 
  • Carefully monitors for any conflicts across “pricing” segments to ensure credibility towards customers as well as alignment to offers. 
  • Responsible for implementing value capture pricing policies & procedures in line with DOAG (Delegation of Authorities Guidelines) and guiding principles 
  • Supports revenue management practices within the geography 
  • Ensures territory managers and sales managers are compliant with the pricing recommendations and system administration 
  • Utilizes RevUp to optimize business & pricing performance 
  • Coordinates pricing initiatives in support of sales 
  • Point of contract for business continuity plans (BCPs) related to pricing 
  • Executes controls responsibilities as related to pricing processes 
  • Ensures the needs of the business are well understood by internal services providers 

About You

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or B. Tech or Business Administration from a recognized university with a CGPA score of 6 and above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical & systems skills with the ability to turn data into informed insights 
  • Business judgment with an understanding of ExxonMobil competition and pricing drivers 
  • Strong teamwork competencies 
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing and value chain processes 
  • Outstanding written, presentation and oral communication skills in English
