What role you will play in our team

Process chemistry development involves multiple aspects associated with identifying or improving new process chemistries and developing them into a commercial applications commensurate with the business strategy. New process chemistries can include active materials, chemical transformations, new feeds or products, or new unit operations/process configuration. The role of the process chemist is to identify, evaluate and develop process chemistry options and their effects on the process and then determine the critical steps for establishing commercial process readiness for the leading option. The process chemist will work closely with development engineers and may also aid in the execution of the scale-up of the technology by generating data as inputs for advanced modeling, conducting lab and pilot plant experimentation and scaling data to reduce technical risks needed to ensure successful commercialization.

Come be part of the team, with opportunities at our Baytown, Texas, and Spring, Texas locations.
