ExxonMobil Limited (EML) - one of the largest Global Business Center (Bangkok GBC) in ExxonMobil Global Business Centers network that provides supporting services to ExxonMobil affiliates around the world. Their services include corporate financial, tax and credit, information technology, customer services for fuels, lubricant and chemicals, procurement and payables, human resources and commercial operations for fuels and lubricant.
What role you will play in our team
Supporting Integrated Permitting Timekeeping and Scheduling Application (IPTS) for Company Employees – This is a global manufacturing deployment across the ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company
What you will do
- Global / regional business focal point for support of IPTS:
- Update systems requirements, define, test, and accept system changes
- Update / execute system risk assessment and controls
- Provide operational support for system, Maintain global training materials
- Provide training & Troubleshooting to Site Administrators / Power Users
- Work with SHARP / HR / Lenel / Genetec / SAP system resources
- Prioritize EMIT problem tickets for resolution
- Maintain global data to support system
- Be a member of a Digital Operations Agile System of Delivery; understand Agile work processes, sprints and the Manufacturing IT Organization
- Interface with project activities for upgrades and future implementations
- Co-lead IPTS Community of Practice (CoP)
About you
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with contractor/employee timekeeping systems, employee scheduling systems, represented employee contracts and/or SHARP payroll system.
- Experience interfacing with site IPTS Administrators also desirable
- Must have demonstrated leadership skills, capable of leading efforts where no direct organizational control exists
- Must have good organization, planning and communication skills (specifically this job will include development of written technical specifications)
- Must be able to work effectively across multiple sites and regions, working remotely as situations require
- Working knowledge of IPTS application software functionality
- Must be familiar with timekeeping and scheduling workflows within refining and chemical manufacturing sites
