System Analyst

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Support critical payment system and operations services for EU countries (e.g. UK, Germany, Italy, France, Norway, and BeNeLux cluster)
  • Effective utilization of applications and tools to solve challenging technical problems
  • Checking and monitoring of daily system control & audit reports taking ownership of problem for resolutions, working with vendor support groups and card issuers to ensure the card on-line authorization system is operating correctly aligned with guidelines and business rules
  • Monitor and check all incoming and outgoing data transfers of card transactions. Reprocess manually via data entry timely (if required)
  • Update/maintain application via data entry with relevant country-specific defined system parameters and service stations information
  • Update/maintain electronic versions of reference materials e.g. “Operating User Manuals”.
  • Support projects where required
  • Take lead on small application changes and problem management/investigation
  • Being a part of on-call rotation
  • Working hours are usually 10/11 AM – 7/8 PM

 

Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Good verbal and written English communication
  • Effective communication skill to articulate ideas to various parties including vendors
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Knowledge in business process and technical aspects related to Payment and Loyalty would be advantage.
  • Flexibility to work during non-office hours and provide on-call standby; Flexibility to travel
