Recruiting Analyst

Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Establish recruiting requirements by understanding organization plans and objectives -- meeting with managers to discuss needs and hiring target
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job sites
  • Coordinate management interviews and pre-employment activities
  • Conduct job offering
  • Process and monitor payment – receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services, verify that transactions comply with company policies and procedure
  • Process cost allocation – prepare, calculate, and verify data entry for cost allocation
  • Prepare monthly report on hiring status, challenges, and hiring activities
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in business meetings


Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or other Business related fields preferred
  • Strong academic background or certain experience in a professional environment
  • Self-driven with good judgment
  • Aptitude of strategic thinking and strong analytical capability
  • Outspoken, comfortable with virtual team working structure and flexible to accommodate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong command in English (both verbal and written): TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Effective communication skill, able to listen actively, understand and address issue critically through logical and structure approach
