ExxonMobil Limited (EML) - one of the largest Global Business Center (Bangkok GBC) in ExxonMobil Global Business Centers network that provides supporting services to ExxonMobil affiliates around the world. Their services include corporate financial, tax and credit, information technology, customer services for fuels, lubricant and chemicals, procurement and payables, human resources and commercial operations for fuels and lubricant.
What you will do
- Business facing support for Lubes Value Chain (LVC) business process users using internal data (pricing, supply chain, sales etc..) and external data (market & competitive data, aka M&CI) for analytics
- Leverages analytical and business intelligence skills to translate business requirements into data models / visualizations / user stories for effective insight generation and enablement of business processes.
- Analyzes business processes and identifies / implements improvement opportunities via analytics
- Assesses if data set is fit-for-use; validates data integrity for modeling and user story development
- Manages LVC analytics product life-cycle; ensure adoption usage and benefit capture by the business, shapes demand for LVC analytics
- Facilitates LVC analytics Power User Network(s)
- Proactively gathers future business requirements for use in analytics enhancements; translates requirements for effective use by IT team
- Owns LVC analytics requirements on behalf of the business; participates in project design workshops and UAT with development team
- Business Analysis: Integrates business knowledge / judgment with data mining and analytics to support the generation of accurate and relevant business insights
About you
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
- Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
- Mandarin is a big plus but not mandatory
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: leadership skills, curious, able to effectively interact with global virtual teams and large and diverse user community, not afraid of speaking up in meetings
- Systems and Tools: good working knowledge of Analytics UX (Tableau, Power BI) and able to navigate relational database (Snowflake, HANA). SQL and Alteryx experience is a plus
- Process mindset: Applies continuous improvement mindset to enhance / sustain analytics solutions
