Procurement Contract Administration Associate (Mandarin)

Job Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create Requisition, Goods receipt (GR), Service Entry Sheet (SES) in ERP systems on behalf of Clients
  • Advise clients on information required for an effective requisition
  • Comply with control requirements of requisition and GR/SES
  • Work with Suppliers, Payables and Clients to troubleshoot Requisitions/GR/SES issues
  • Follow up on progress of requisition with Acquisition Team
  • Administer any other Purchase-to-Pay related activities for example, Low Value Purchase Order creation, accrual, JV reclassification etc.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from Engineering, Business Admin, Language with strong academic background
  • Fluency in English : TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Fluency in Mandarin : HSK Level 5+
  • At least 1 year Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) / SAP Requistioning/SES experience
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in CDMS administration, Payables operations will be an advantage
  • Business confident in English language
  • Negotiation skill
