Order Dedicated Customer Professional (Fuels) (ANZ Work Schedule)

Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Receive and process orders as well as assist customer with order placement, ensuring compliance with market offer and positive customer experience
  • Work with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer issues are worked and communicated back to customer in a timely manner
  • First point of contact for customer supporting self-serve system, complaints, claims, product returns and order related information
  • As applicable, process customer claims, execute volume related invoice adjustment, and ensure that all related credits/rebills are completed on a timely asis
  • Assist in development of root cause analysis to facilitate corrective actions and reduce number of order/invoice adjustments
  • Monitor order interfaces and pending orders, performing investigation and resolving issues as required to ensure that they are completed and promptly inform customer if order cannot be met as committed and work to find an acceptable solution
  • Work with all related parties to resolve order blocks in timely manner and when needed
  • Provide product availability information; Escalate supply reliability issues to Supervisor
  • Monitor customer volume quotas during allocation or sales control
  • As applicable, communicate to Sales significant changes in Customers purchasing patterns 
  • Ensure assigned activities and service requests are acted upon in a timely manner. Notify Supervisor of aging activities and service requests
  • Where applicable, share response to after-hours emergencies, including assessment of emergency, coordination of order placement, contact source, carrier, distributor as necessary
  • Support other team members during peak operation, vacations, absences
  • Assist with projects, initiative, strategic work items assigned by Customer Services Management
  • Executes operational activities in compliance with Controls requirements of the respective business area
  • Carry out all the above responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy
  • Work schedule: 3 AM  to 12 PM or 2 AM to 11 AM (depends on daylight saving period)

 

Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or another related fields
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication skills and English language fluency: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Fluent in Cantonese as a plus
  • Positive attitude towards new challenges together with problem solving and time management skill
  • Proficiency of computer application i.e. MS Excel
