Order Dedicated Customer Professional (Cantonese)

Job Role Summary


  • Along with Sales, to be the primary face of F&L to the customer, responsible for coordinating with other functions to ensure order related issues are worked and communicated back to customer in a timely manner
  • Act as CS professional and maintain a strong business relationship with assigned customers, playing a key role to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Flawless execution of global Commit Order process
  • Assist customers and drivers with loading issues or supply related inquiries

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Receive and process orders as well as assist customer with order placement, ensuring compliance with market offer and positive customer experience
  • First point of contact for customer supporting self-serve system, complaints, claims, product returns and order related information
  • Monitor order interfaces and pending orders, performing investigation and resolving issues as required to ensure that they are completed and promptly inform customer if order cannot be met as committed and work to find an acceptable solution


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or another related fields
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Positive attitude towards new challenges together with problem solving and time management skill
  • Proficiency of computer application i.e. MS Excel
  • Good in Cantonese
