Job Role Summary

Manages Sales activities for Chemical (Fluids/Solvent)


  • Develops and executes sales for Fluids business
  • Owns all activities at the account interface  
  • Responsible for variable margin management & sales volume / mix upgrade for designated customers/territory 
  • Responsible for sales development across designated customers/territory
  • Participates in End-use or Product Teams, as appropriate, may manage regional or Global accounts
  • Responsible for providing market intelligence 

Required Skills and Knowledge    

  • Minimum bachelor's in STEM educational background (preferred Chemical Engineer)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experiences in Industrial B2B or related fields
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales target
  • Excellent negotiation
  • Strong collaboration 
  • Strong verbal and written English communication 
  • Highly self-motivated
