Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Receive and process customer orders ensuring compliance with standard offer; work with Sales, Plants and Carriers as necessary to ensure customer issues are worked and communicated back to customer in a timely manner
  • First point of contact for customer complaints, claims, product returns and order related information, knowledgeable in the diverse aspects of their customer segments.
  • Process claims and product returns and ensure that all related credits and rebills are completed on a timely basis
  • Work as a closely integrated team with other team member to ensure the segregated responsibilities are transparent to the customer
  • Monitor all pending orders to ensure that they are completed and promptly inform customer if order cannot be met as committed and work to find an acceptable solution
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Account Receivable and customer to resolve order blocks in timely manner and when needed, assist Account Receivable in resolving credit blocks
  • Provide product availability information
  • Escalate supply reliability issues to Supervisor

 

Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
