Dedicated Customer Professional (Mandarin speaker)

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Along with Sales, to be the primary face of Fuels & Lubricants (F&L) to the customer, responsible for coordinating with other functions to ensure order related issues are worked and communicated back to customer in a timely manner.
  • Act as Customer Service Professional and maintain a strong business relationship with assigned customers, playing a key role to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Flawless execution of global Commit Order process.

Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields with strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC score 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+ (or equivalent)
  • Fluency in Chinese - Mandarin: HSK score 5+
  • Strong communication skills; writing, speaking and presenting. 
  • Analytical and  problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage complaints and difficult situations to a satisfactory resolution
  • Assertive
  • Good team player and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Self-motivated, organized and can work on own initiative
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office packages)
