Job Role Responsibilities


  • Receive and process customer orders ensuring compliance with market offer as necessary
  • Coordinating with other functions and 3rd parties to ensure order is fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Ensuring customer experience is positive
  • Communicate with Customers on delivery information, product availability, extra charges, and proactively offers supply alternatives
  • First point of contact for customer complaints, claims, product returns and order related information, knowledgeable in the diverse aspects of their customer segments.
  • Process claims and product returns and ensure that all related corrections are completed on a timely basis


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields with strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC score 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+ (or equivalent)
  • Fluency in Korean: TOPIK level 5+ (or equivalent)
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Good team player and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office packages)
