Dedicated Customer Professional (Japanese Speaker)

Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Receiving and processing customer orders ensuring compliance with market offer as necessary
  • Coordinating with other functions and 3rd parties to ensure order is fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Ensuring customer experience is positive
  • Communicate with Customers on delivery information, product availability, extra charges, and proactively offers supply alternatives
  • First point of contact for customer complaints, claims, product returns and order related information, knowledgeable in the diverse aspects of their customer segments. Process claims and product returns and ensure that all related corrections are completed on a timely basis
  • Flexible to carry emergency phone in case of urgent operation (Mon -Sun)
  • Working hour: 7.00 AM - 4.00 PM (Mon -Fri)

 

Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration with strong academic background in Business
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Fluency in Japanese: JLPT level N1
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to learn by own self
  • Hard working
  • Healthy and disciplined
  • Proactive
