Customer Care Specialist

Location:  Bangkok, 10, TH

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Record, investigate, process and respond to consumer complaints/queries in a timely and professional manner per business control guidelines
  • Inform relevant parties of the complaint/query resolution in a timely manner through any means of communication as appropriate
  • Complete the statistical report (KPI: Key Performance Indicators) for the record of complaints/queries received
  • Assist with special projects, initiatives, strategic work items and assignments
  • Work hour: 2.30 am - 11.30 am


Required Skills and Knowledge:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluent in English speaking skill, strong communication skills in general (TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+)
  • Good in time management
  • Good ability to identify consumers’ personalities and adapt accordingly to create a low-effort interaction
  • Effectively works in team
  • Show good stress resilience
  • Basic Microsoft office skills
