Job Role Summary

 

As a Customer Account Management intern, you will acquire end-to-end knowledge of customer-driven activities to provide outstanding experience to our key customers including the Order-to-Cash process from managing sales order to delivery and customer payments.

 

You will be provided not only with on-the-job training, but also special assignment which relates to our Fuels & Lubes or Chemical businesses in Asia Pacific region. The internship environment is young and dynamic and gives a clear image of an early career working environment.  Each internship task contributes to our business and will give you a ‘taste’ of a starting position as well as career path with ExxonMobil.  This provides both student and ExxonMobil with an opportunity to mutually evaluate each other in terms of potential fit relative to graduate employment.

 

Internship period:
1 June 2021 - 30 July 2021

Qualifications

 

Who we are looking for
• 3rd year students from any discipline, business-related field is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in any of these languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Great interpersonal skill
• Willingness to take initiative and seek challenges
• Analytical and problem solving skills
