Job Role Summary

Country Occupational Health Managers report to the Regional/Global OH Manager, and site OH managers generally report to the country OH manager.  They are typically MOH employees assigned to lead the country MOH team delivering services via common systems deployment for business line operations.  Note; this position may be responsible for OH services in more than one country. 

Job Role Responsibilities


•Exhibits leadership in safety and health initiatives within the organization.
•Provides leadership for a multidisciplinary team of occupational health professionals.  
•Supervises MOH staff
•Serves as lead occupational health representative to interface with management, SSHE professionals and others to address health and safety issues 
•Develops business plans and budget for programs and services
•May serve as owner or administrator of OIMS Health Systems and ensures that MOH service delivers core OIMS requirements
•Provides key process indicator data
•Delivers and supports the implementation/enhancement of Global best practices and common systems and programs
•Recruits, selects, trains, and evaluates members of the in-country MOH staff, ensuring that individual training and development opportunities are collaboratively identified and delivered.


•Relevant occupational health qualification
•Appropriate licensure in the site of operations
•Preferably has Masters or Doctorate degree and 10-15 years of work experience
•Good English communication skill
•Able to work with computer and use of basic Microsoft office applications such as word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
