Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and execute customer accounts, timely follow up payment collection with customers, handling call flow from customer and mange customer complaints or queries
  • Pro-actively work with customers to keep them advised of account status and understand changes in their needs and requirements
  • Interface with external customers in managing accounts and due collections via phone, mail, fax and online customer service


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6)
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new things
