Account Activation Dedicated Customer Professional (AA DCP)/ (Cantonese)

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Provide professional service to business function with regards to set up’s, changes and related queries
  • Collaborate with Sales, customers, terminals and other functions involved in the process to provide the necessary support in ensuring account updates are completed timely
  • Troubleshoot / investigate issues related to complete data and timely set-up
  • Ensure all Customer Master related updates in Self-serve are handled and followed-up timely
  • Collect data from customer in instances where Sales delegates to Customer Services  or if customer doesn’t use the online tool
  • Monitor / Handle Terminal access / haulier authorization
  • Coordinate site risk assessment
  • Handle Volume Contract related activities
  • Participate in other activities / projects
  • Help the customers with system login issues and usage of the self-serve tool
  • Regularly monitor customer activation and maintenance Workflow; follow-up on overdue items


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or another related fields
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Fluency in Cantonese
  • Positive attitude towards new challenges together with problem solving and time management skill
  • Proficiency of computer application i.e. MS Excel
