AP Payment Operations Analyst (English/ German/ French or Italian)

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Manage retailer charges / payment delays & communicate delays to relevant parties
  • Ensure all incoming enquiries are resolved within timescales/deadlines specified
  • Manage retailer site setup/ card acceptance in related systems
  • Handling card issuer dispute on Request for Information (RFI)/ Chargeback
  • Check and complete daily control and system audit reports
  • Respond and resolve processing/ payment/ complaints  issues
  • Provide administrative back-up to fraud investigations
  • Ensure write-offs and chargebacks are processed correctly and in a timely matter
  • Resolve problems with card companies & site retail
  • Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 or 11:00 - 20:00


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Analytical skill
  • Strong communication skill; written/verbal & presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complaints/difficult situations to a satisfactory resolution
  • Good team player & interpersonal effectiveness
  • Self-motivated, organised and can work on own initiative
  • Fluent in Italian, German or French (optional)
