AP Consumer Care Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)

Job Role Responsibilities


  • To function as the link between the end consumers, the Product Quality Advisor, the Territory Manager, the Station Managers and other interfaces as required.
  • Log, investigate, process and respond to any complaints/queries received from end consumers through phone, email, other channels as appropriate
  • Ensure the case is escalated to related parties timely and standard procedures are used to resolve consumer concerns.
  • Inform relevant parties of the progress and/or complaint, query resolution in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects, initiatives, strategic work items assigned by Management


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Good in Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal skills, demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development
  • A good team player
